About your application
If you have already applied and want to know what happens next, you have come to the right place.
Just applied? What happens next?
We will check your details. It is important your documents were clear and provided all of the evidence we have asked for. When we have completed the checks, you will receive an email to inform you your application is approved. Or, we may be in touch to clarify certain things.
We don't open the donation process until 1st November 2020, and at this time we will have hundreds of requests for hampers. It could take many days or even weeks before donations are sufficient to cover the applications.
So, please be patient. You will receive an email or a text message when you have been matched.
Remember that when you are in contact with your volunteer donor, please do not share details of your children, or your personal circumstances with them.
Have your details or circumstances changed?
Please let us know as soon as possible if your details have changed.
For example, if you have changed address, email or telephone, we must be informed, especially if you have already been matched, as we need to ensure the donor is still able to deliver to you, and can still get in touch with you.
